These Terms of Service govern your use of GPTengine. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GPTengine ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free users, paid subscribers, and visitors. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Service

GPTengine is a web-based AI prompt generator that transforms user input into structured prompts intended for use with third-party image and video generation models. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

The Service does not generate, produce, host, or transmit any images or videos. It produces text-based prompts only. Users are responsible for using these prompts with their own third-party AI services, which have their own terms of use.

User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Free access does not require an account. Paid subscriptions may require account creation through our payment processor (PayPal). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Subscriptions & Payments

GPTengine offers the following subscription tiers:

• Monthly Plan: $5 USD, billed monthly, auto-renewing until cancelled.
• Yearly Plan: $45 USD, billed annually, auto-renewing until cancelled.
• Lifetime Access: $100 USD one-time payment, non-recurring.

All payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the subscription tier you select (Monthly or Yearly). Lifetime payments are one-time only and do not recur.

You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified of any changes affecting their plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GPTengine only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Generate prompts intended to produce content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.
• Generate prompts intended to produce sexual content involving minors (CSAM), violent extremist content, or content designed to deceive or defraud.
• Generate prompts for the purpose of impersonating real persons in misleading or harmful ways.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service in ways that violate its intended use.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates the terms of service of the third-party AI providers you ultimately use the prompts with.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without refund.

Intellectual Property

The GPTengine name, logo, design, code, and underlying prompt-engineering methodology are the property of GPTengine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these elements without permission.

Prompts you generate using the Service are yours to use. We claim no ownership over the text output produced by the Service in response to your input. You retain all rights to the prompts you generate and any downstream content you create using them.

Third-Party Services

GPTengine generates prompts intended for use with third-party AI services including but not limited to Nano Banana 2, GPT-Image, Midjourney, Flux, Veo, Sora, Kling, Seedance, Runway, and others. These services are operated by independent companies under their own terms of service.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third-party providers. Use of any third-party service is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Prompts generated will produce specific results when used with third-party AI services.
• The Service will meet your particular requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTengine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Paid subscribers may cancel through their PayPal account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration in a mutually acceptable jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
